Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to Mortem Media. By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use our services.

Services

We provide WordPress development, Bricks Builder development, WooCommerce development, website design, performance optimization, and maintenance services.
All work is delivered based on the scope defined in the proposal or written agreement.

Project Scope and Revisions

The project scope is finalized before work begins. Any additional features or pages requested later will be quoted separately.
We include a limited number of revisions as defined in the proposal. Extra revisions may involve additional charges.

Payments

A deposit is required to start the project. The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery or launch unless otherwise agreed.
Payments are non-refundable once work has started. Delayed payments may pause the project timeline.

Client Responsibilities

The client must provide content, access credentials, and feedback on time.
The client is responsible for ensuring they have legal rights to all content provided.
Delays in communication may affect delivery timelines.

Intellectual Property

After full payment, the client owns the final website deliverables.
Mortem Media retains the right to display the work in its portfolio and case studies.
Third-party plugins, themes, and tools remain under their original licenses.

Third-Party Tools

We may use third-party plugins, APIs, hosting, or services. We are not responsible for issues, outages, or pricing changes from these providers.

Performance and SEO

We follow best practices for SEO, performance, and Core Web Vitals. However, we do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes.

Maintenance and Support

Ongoing support is provided only under an active maintenance plan. Without a plan, post-launch support is limited.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for data loss, revenue loss, security breaches caused by third-party tools, or issues resulting from client-made changes after delivery.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.

Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of your operating country or state.
